2. What we use

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We use only the following:

• sb-consent (local storage, essential) — remembers your privacy choices so we don’t ask on every page. Kept until you clear your browser data.
• sb-chat-notice (local storage, essential) — remembers that you’ve seen the chat assistant’s privacy notice. Kept until you clear your browser data.
• sb-chat (session storage, essential) — holds your current chat conversation so it isn’t lost when you move between pages. Deleted when you close the tab.

Essential storage is needed for features you ask for, so it doesn’t require consent under PECR.

3. Third-party content

• Google Maps (contact page, non-essential) — the embedded map loads only if you select “Accept all” or click “Show map”. Google may then set cookies; see Google’s privacy policy.
• WhatsApp — our WhatsApp links take you to WhatsApp (Meta). Nothing from WhatsApp loads on our site unless you click a link.

Our fonts are hosted on our own website, so no data is sent to font providers.

4. Managing your choices

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page). You can also delete or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings.
